Serious question for republicans expressing their outrage that Justice Merchan did not immediately approve Trump taking time away from his trial to attend Barron's H.S. Graduation:
Do you think all criminal defendants should have a statutory right to interrupt their trials for family events (births, religious rites, graduations, funerals, weddings, etc), or are you proposing that one defendant, Donald Trump, receive special treatment?
