I keep doing this gross thing at work and I can't stop: whenever I need to meet with several men, I always end up being the the person who figures out schedules to find a time. Or best case scenario, I'll contact the schedulers for the other executives but they're also women so it hardly feels like a win.

It's the digital equivalent of being the only woman in a conference room and being asked to get coffee/take notes.
